Hi Jay,
I've followed what you have been saying on a number of threads and I find your insight very helpful. My question to you is with the change in management at dlgc have the sales started to catch up with their technology? My impression of this company has been that technologically speaking it is a tremendous company but their technological advances have been so fast and so far ahead of their competition that they don't capitalize on their prior technology before releasing the new one. It's all well and good to have Great products but if you don't capitalize on them then you have wasted resources. In talking with some of their ex-sales force this was a big part of their problem in the past. Do you think this has changed? Also has Bubb started to delegate more? I know he always wanted all of middle management to report to him. Has this changed? Thanks for your help.
