You said you did, but here you post the book value numbers again. Can you repost the market value numbers?

The numbers I've posted are the assets and liabilities from Qwest latest quarerly report, there has been nothing about any "market value" of assets. I did say Qwest's market cap was ~$8 billion, so maybe that is confusing you. Where you got the idea that the "market value" of Qwest's assets determines whether or not Qwest is bankrupt, I don't know, and I don't even know how you would go about trying to determine the "market value" of Qwest's assets unless you tried to sell the company.

At the end of the day Qwest's assets are less than its liabilities, and Qwest is not bankrupt (or even close), so your dictionary isn't useful.
