Am taking zinc, echinacea and still I am miserable. The other day I was out shopping and a woman was walking toward me and sneezed just in front of me. She didn't bother to cover her mouth and I knew I would catch it. I looked at her in total disgust. Exactly how things get spread. I'm staying home!
