I'm still confused, I'm almost sure that you said, you did not lose a dime on Plsia, ( in fact made money ). How then were you harmed ? Why seek revenge ?
You also seem to acquiesce ( that's attorney speak ), that Pluvia's points are valid. Again, how then were you harmed ? Why seek revenge ?
Lastly, is it just that you did not like the force ( of writing skills, I mean ) with which Pluvia delivered his message.
I find for the defendant or plaintiff Pluvia, ( whichever he is to be ), with regards to all of the above.
