Complaint for Declaratory Relief and Damages
MIAMI, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 11, 2005 -- Universal Communication Systems Inc (OTC BB:UCSY.OB - News) subsidiary, AirWater Patents Inc, company president Michael J. Zwebner announced today that the company has today filed suit in the Circuit Court 11th Judicial District, Miami - Dade Florida against J&J Reidy Inc. The law suit seeks DECLARATORY RELIEF AND DAMAGES in relation to a dispute over the Global Patent & Licensing Agreement that was executed between the parties in March 2003.
In a statement issued by company president Michael J. Zwebner, he said: "The various counts in the complaint include, 1) Petition for Declaratory Relief 2) Breach of Contract, 3) Breach of Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing, 4) Unjust Enrichment, 5) Consequential Damages and 6) Demand for Attorneys Fees. The company will defend its position at all times."
