Unfortunately I can't find my spreadsheet, but I remember that it came close to $4.00CDN/ share the second year. I was much more conservative than you and calculated a potential share price of 4 to 6 times cash flow.

The wait can be worth it if they get the project going this time, otherwise the price will go down again.

As you said, Anyone who's not familiar with the CSL story should do their own DD, this is an extremely speculative play.
