I still own CD. the company rebuilt intself and its credibility after its fall from grace. merger of HFS and CUC formed CD. HFS is Henry Silverstein, now CEO of CD. CUC was the crooks. CD is a growing biz with interests in auto rental, hoteo/motels, real estate, and a large presence in online reservations.
I will admit that i am getting tired of its potential. has been dead meat the last few years after its rise from crash: finance.yahoo.com
