Speaking of ball(s) - I follow some educational threads; one of the themes that amazes me is how computer lab instructors oftentimes have to have students turn the "mice" upside down at class end so all "balls" can be accounted for!

So, yes..."keep your eye on the ball"; a good choice of words.

I suspect that this Pluvia vs. Westergaard matter will become a part of books, essays, publications, etc. on investing, ethics, marketing, law, etc.

Maybe a good topic for CNN's "Burden of Proof" or, better yet, "Larry King Live" - Pluvia vs. JW across from Larry K.

Although it may become more suitable for "Crossfire"! Or WWF RAW.

In a week or two...after the media gets done dissecting the terrible Princess Diana tragedy...

Have a good one...I've enjoyed your (& several others) input to this; been a real learning experience.
