At this point, it's going to be hard for the Republicans to keep the "Democrats are Stupid!" wing out of power in the GOP, but I hope they manage. One party needs to keep its senses, at least. When the GOP elected Newt speaker in 1994 I thought to myself, "oh man, they are going to get tired of him in a hurry". I think that goes double for Dean as DNC chair.
