I am not a paying member of SI, and so cannot post a file or, it appears, even post a message with links to one. If anyone would like a copy of a 2003 pre-feasibility study by UBC for Cadre's project, send me an email. This is an 86 page PDF report with considerable detail about the project, including technology and projections of cost and income. regards, Hugh.
