Looks like no one wanted to touch this one with even a ten foot pole, so I will! lma(zz)o This is very interesting indeed. Oh this is a hot subject! Why is it too hot for some to touch? I mean really, normally janice, bill or jeff (webnode3 lma(zz)o) would normally be all over something like it with something to say, but not a squeak was heard in response to the worm in the a@p gated community. sizzle sizzle - too hot to touch? I mean really, even SI stopped posts about it on Jeffs coffee shop Investment Chat Board Lawsuits by restricting free members [12/27/04] Effective immediately, free members are unable to post to "Coffee Shop" or "Political" threads. I see the_worm06 is a free member level 2, I'm only a level one who wanted to post on Jeffs (non-moderated - inside SI joke) site about a death threat post on Yahoo in regards to Xybrs corporate officers. Market talk is being limited! For some reason TS, you want to keep bringing up something that has already been dealt with by SEC ie Mark Bergman and your guilt by association tactic applies to you also!
(viii) permanently enjoining defendants Mark Bergman and Access 1 Financial, Inc., and their agents, servants, employees, attorneys, and those in active concert or participation with them, who receive actual notice by personal service or otherwise, from violating Section 17(b) of the Securities Act and Section 10(b) of the Exchange Act and Rule 10b-5 thereunder;

Let's move on to this interesting subject matter (can of worms lma(zz)o ) or is it too hot for you to touch too?

To the constable:
....1. Once you've posted 100 messages to market-related threads, your account will appear on a listing for Dave's review. If he feels that your posts have largely been relevant and good contributions to the community (as opposed to a bunch of one-liners to get your post count up), he'll approve your account for an increase to 10 posts per day....
