DJ,

I don't think so. This revelation by NK gets punished.

Khan is under house arrest and Musharref forbade the US from intereviewing him and said so directly to Bush on his last visit. Without interviewing him you can't be sure of his involvement. China's is a certainty. Before China was likely Libya, then Khan before that, but the easiest association is with China, and it will be the one to focus on.

If you want to sue someone you don't file a thousand different complaints. That dilutes your strongest argument.

Our strongest 'argument' is with China. Forget Khan (for now)
