True, but if Cisco is selling into some sectors that are dependent upon the interest rate, indirectly Cisco could feel some sting. Don't get me wrong, I still think CSCO is undervalued and just bought some too.

Am curious what the cpi was for Jan. They will release the figure on Feb 23. bls.gov

Greenspan could care less about housing prices, but I bet he might get aggressive if the cpi figure is high.

On a different note, with the productivity growth rate declining, companies might be motivated to minimize inflationary pressures by increasing their productivity gains thru hightech equipment.
