Lyons will be one very wealthy old man if he can sell out to one of the national builders before the industry collapses again. I have as low opinion of the pimps associated with this mania as you do. Worked behind the scenes both in a corporate setting during the early RTC days and after as an investor when I saw how great the deals were and thought it would be more interesting and profitable than working for people all trying to cover their ass in that nasty early 90's downturn.. I have no doubt when this all blows up it will be far worse than the S&L crisis, Worldcon and Enron combined.
