Hello David, pushing China on N.Korea will do less than naught, be counter-productive, because (a) China did not create the problem, (b) does not hold the solution, and (c) is not in the line of sight.

Their umpteen thousand year training by oral history tells them to stay out, keep away, and wait, for opportunity goes to those who are patient.

They also know what I know, that the Koreans are not altogether rational, perhaps, and fearless, certainly.
