My experience in the medical field does not correspond with the implied and stated notions. Given the chance black professionals have excelled (in my personal, subjective experience) in a least the same proportion as their white colleagues What explains the difference in performance between law school and med school candidates? Med school is just as intensive as law school. Do you suppose it's the type of skills being tested? Law school tests reasoning, not rote memorization of the bazillion bones in the human body. ;) Derek
