John Browne doesn't think it will. Not soon enough to buy oil at current prices. He thinks more like $35 a barrel, average, meaning $20 sometimes.

One can bet against him, and one can bet against the Fed, and one can pick a fight with the Pentagon.

Those bets will each get you lots of fun, or at least excitement.
