They are not proposals they are to provoke thinking. I have heard professors suggest worse things to stimulate debate. To make kids think. The mind has to be jarred and stimulated to have thoughts and challenges to statements emerge.. We learn nothing with complacency. We learn nothing if we continue to believe what we do without challenges and paradigms to our thinking presented.
