Hi Ron:

Thanks for the last post; it clears up a lot of confusion on my part. I was trying to figure out what you meant by asking for different agents, different quote lists, etc. Most of us use either JBOx's online or BBS service, and such amenities aren't available to us.

Many of us also try some day trading, and the telephone can be a profit killer in that arena (busy signals, being put on hold, etc.) Try testing the water with online trading, I think you'll see that it opens a new dimension for you. Including a new universe of things to complain about. <G>
