George;

This housing bubble is different?

In a bubble everything always tends to persuade us that it's a little different this time. We use weird logic to support conditions we have become comfortable with.The stars just seem to all line up to continually support higher and higher prices.

People living in these huge trophy houses I believe are going to wake up one morning though and ask why they have such a huge house now that the kids are gone. Do we want to forever continue to pay taxes and insurance and upkeep on a house that could house a hundred people from another culture? Some day all the stars will move out of alinement and then we will all ask - why didn't we see that coming. Just my opinion.
