Yes, Jordan said that journalists had been deliberately targeted by both sides. Multiple eye witnesses confirmed it, saying that he "didn't mince his words and declared point-blank" that the journalists had been targeted. He only started to back off when confronted by Barney Frank. If he hadn't said it, if his words could possibly be construed as referring to unintentional friendly fire, he would have released the tape. He didn't. I think that tells us what we need to know.
