with it's usual inaccuracy the CIA...and of course Condi Rice had is ALL WRONG...the entire infrastructure of the Soviets was in horrible shape....and yet Ronnie Raygun was willing....just like BUSHKEE....to put the entire nation of the US at serious economic risk for his ego in proving the 'evil empire' was his to destroy by building massive weapons systems that STILL haven't DIED.... oh...that's right....Bush jr is out to be Dr Frankenstien with the complete failure of a missile defense system when OUR SCHOOLS and INFRASTRUCTURE here at home are collapsing.... nice choice CC
