I'm not sure I like the idea of the SEC looking at this. As long as we're comitted to holding on through ALL their games, what's the difference what they do. I'm not sure how everyone will react if the SEC halts trading if they start an investigation. No one may know why trading's halted and it could induce a panic. Just my two cents.
