Israels condition for their release should be that they become prisoners of the Palestinians until they prove themselves loyal to the government in charge and willing to maintain the cease -fire.


Abbas would instantly agree, and then release them all within a week. We've seen this movie before. He already released some prisoner he had promised to hold. As long as the Pal political climate declares them all heroes, the PA will never hold them.
