DSCO Opened on an up-gap and was up 20.55% on initial 5 minutes volume of more than 722Ks.(It is up only 13.8% at present) The stock is trying to close its Feb.1 down-gap.(In order to do that it needs to close above 7 ) It said today that it expects that the FDA will approve Surfaxin in the 4thQ or early in 2006.<g> It just needs to correct some manufacturing problems and some details on "the package insert".<g> The stock has resistance at the 8 level and then at the Jan.27 H of 8.60 before it can test its Dec.17 H at 9.52<g> Its March 2004 H was 13.90 and that was higher than its March 2000 H of 12.63 <g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com Bernard
