For those wondering about Wellington’s filing, what we can deduce is that in Q4 they sold enough MRV to take their holdings below 5%. Probably more than 2 million shares as they held 7.1 million as of 9/30/04. I would guess that this selling most likely took place between Oct. 14 and Oct. 27 with maybe a little cleanup in December on that 4 million share day. Once they go below 5%, they are not required to state how many shares they hold which is why they answered those holdings questions with zero.

For those wondering about MRV and MCI, MCI and MRV go back more than a year.. Think MPLS, OSM 207 and other OSM routers and switches. Also think MCC 144.

For those wondering about NEBS 3, MRV's FiberDriver line qualified almost a year ago.
