Actually no one has proven that the memos are fake or that the sentiments expressed in them were false either. Considering how often the rest of the corporate media lies, Rather got the short end of that stick. Judith Miller, liar extraordinaire, is still pushing her claptrap but she's on the admin side so she can lie with impunity and never feel even a slap on the wrist.
