Karen, on this one I have to stand with you. Jordan had accused the U.S. military of systematically murdering journalists Did he say that? Or is that one of those embellishments/extensions/distortions? No, he didn't. As far as I know from reading the reports about his comments, Jordan did not use the word systematically nor did he use the word *murder or murdering.* I think that phraseology is clearly a distortion. Words have meaning. "Targeting" is not the same thing as "systematically" and "killing" is not the same thing as "murdering".
