Carl, much of the heavy equipment for the Iraq War was shipped through the port of Haifa. You speak in ignorance.

Taking SCUDS without response was harmful to Israel and hurt its ability to deter attacks. Israel didn't want to do it, but did it at the behest of the United States. In short, it chose a path harmful to itself but helpful to the US. That's called "an ally"

The US needs large allies that can help it in a fight, not tiny pariah states whose cooperation would ruin alliances with large countries.


Well that certainly lets out any of the Arab states, none of whom are worth anything but window dressing when it comes to fighting. And our alliance with those corrupt and illegitimate regimes has only made their populations blame us for supporting their dictators. Of course, I'm sure you'd be glad to win some popularity by wiping out Israel for them since they can't do it themselves.
