Bob, John: If only there weren't so many "hiccups" in the past...

I truly believe that Dell is behind Wave (based, in part, on that PPT file) but the scattered trash in the rearview mirror (many due only to hitting a market well before it was ready) has made me very conservative.

I want to see 2 commas in the sales row.
