Personally, that Costco salmon is the worst I've ever had...No amount of marinade or spice combination could make that stuff remotely palatable for my taste buds <----- and I used to grill fish for a living in my college days. On the other hand, Costco's boneless beef chuck short ribs are fantastique for barbecue and tacos.
