I bought PowerShares Golden Dragon Halter USX China Portfolio ETF fund. Do you think it is a good way to invest in China? The share price dropped since I bought a month or so a go but is now moving up. The ETF fund has a low MER compared to some mutual funds I looked at. I am planning to hold it long term. powershares.com
