they would tell their own companies to violate patents? this would destroy the whole patent system on every product marketed. I expect international law would prevent such action. Remember how qcom won every court judgement when Eu, Korea, Japan, tried to over run their patents.

wouldn't this affect more than drug companies if a country ignores patent protection.
