Than show me some. So far you have not. You have shown evidence that smoking has declined in Canada, that is not the same thing as showing evidence that the requirement for the new warning labels has made an enormous difference. I suspect it has made a difference but probably not a very large one. I might be wrong but it would be very difficult to get data to really answer the question. The data you have posted doesn't directly deal with the question. Its not entirely irrelevant but it doesn't allow for any solid conclusion about the question "Do the new labels cause smoking to be greatly reduced compared to the level of smoking that would be occurring had no change in the labels been made."
