Schroder Worhteim upgrades to significantly outperform. Prudential issues a cautionary note based on analysts observations. Since Pru did not change recommendation if stock goes up his rankings are not hurt, but if it goes down he can brag.

At least Schroder went out on a limb. If the pru guy is wrong will his pay get cut (not likely), yet he managed on a comeent of "things don't seem to add up" to cost peole over $200,000,000.

This is a system that calls out for reform.
