Background
Satelinx came about on Oct 21, 2004 when Vectoria Inc. (OTC: VTRR) announced that it would be renamed Satelinx International Inc. and trade under the ticker symbol (OTC: SLXI). The name change concluded the reverse merger with Satelinx Security Tracking Inc. of Montreal, Canada that was announced on September 2 2004. Just previous to that Vectoria rolled back its stock and then issued post consolidated shares to settle all debts, of which 22 million shares were issued to the founders of Satelinx. NOTE: These shares cannot be traded until November 2006 !!! Very important!
With the reverse merger came a new management team that includes the two founders of Satelinx, Samuel Grinfeld and Cosimo Salerno. satelinx.com
Financial
Two of Satelinx's JV agreements included the funding for initial orders. The company has no debt and is arranging a US$1.5 million financing out of Europe.
Satelinx
Satelinx is among the first few companies to get positioned in the new, vehicle tracking market. Satelinx has the ability to track cars securely, efficiently, and safely. Many Insurance companies have already recognized the benefits of having a tracking device installed in client vehicles and offer premium discounts ranging from 15% to 40%. Satelinx's technology can locate most vehicles in less than 1 minute and never more than 4 minutes and within 3 meters (10 feet) of its exact location!
With Satelinx, your doors can be unlocked remotely 24 hours a day by calling the NOC. The remote start is great on cold or hot days. Remote start is very common for many cars but the range for many of these car starters have a limit, with Satelinx Units you can start your car virtually anywhere, anytime!
These units can be installed on any mobile asset; car, truck, motorcycle yacht, cargo and shipping containers, etc. They use the Internet to distribute the precise location, position & messaging data to the customer. Instant notification messages can be sent from Internet or via e-mail.
Affordability
The equipment is substantially less expensive then what has been on the market with fixed monthly fees for GPRS traffic (unlimited usage). Satelinx claims to be and from what I can see is the most advanced system on the market today! At a 20-50% lower cost than their closest product competitor, it is a perfect tracking and security device for the average consumer, trucking or fleet company looking to reduce costs, improve efficiency, to provide security and peace of mind.

Phase 2 Satelinx - Products and Services satelinx.com Satelinx 'TrakMate' & PDA Navigation System
Satelinx "TrakMate"
In Phase 2, will be the introduction of the Satelinx "TrakMate", a watch like device with a built in GPS/GSM micro miniature tracking device. Similar to the Satelinx Tracking Device, our Network Operations Center having processed the wearer's data, can pinpoint the location of a person at any time and any place. ...The tentative launch date is scheduled for fourth quarter of 2004. Future applications of the Satelinx TrakMate device, currently in development, are geared towards asset tracking for loss prevention of personal valuables such as laptops, motorcycles, briefcases, valuable parcel or cargo shipments and much more.
According to a National Missing Children study, although mercifully, there are only about 100 abducted children killed every year; time is the critical factor in saving lives. 75% of all the aforementioned murders occurred within the first 3 hours of abduction. Immediate tracking of such children will help save lives. Furthermore; there are over 4 million Alzheimer's and related dementia sufferers, a portion of whom could benefit from TrakMate's ability to keep track of individuals' locations.
In the United States alone, sales for Alzheimer's therapies in 2002 were approximately $1.5-billion (U.S.), and are forecasted to increase to more than $4-billion (U.S.) by 2008.
Satelinx expects the initial client base will be parents of mobile younger children, in the 4-12 years of age range, an estimated population of over 40 million. This age group has a growing measure of independence and freedom but lacks the maturity and toughness of older children, prime candidates for abductions, of which there were over 250,000 in 2000.
Tracking Industry Overview satelinx.com
The transportation industry is currently undergoing a radical revolution, largely triggered by the advent of relatively low-cost, high-accuracy surveying GPS receivers. Through the use of computers, these receivers have the ability to input/output, store, analyze, and display geographic information for mapping applications. The advent of the GPS system has provided an accurate means of determining one's absolute location in real time. This technology, in combination with digital maps, has resulted in a new and immensely powerful navigational tool. To date, wireless services have primarily been comprised of voice, paging and messaging systems. Currently, in addition to these popular wireless applications, the ongoing convergence of wireless and data/Internet is opening the door to a multitude of new data service opportunities. While just in its infancy, this market is estimated to be worth approximately $25 billion at this time. In 2004, worldwide GSM/GPS equipment sales should tally up to US$16 billion, and location-based wireless consumer services to US$3.9 billion.

Recently recommended by newsletter writer Ron Struthers who stated:
"With their technology and strong start in the emerging asset tracking market, Satelinx has a good chance of becoming a market leader in this space. I also like the business model, because they not only make revenue from selling units but also receive recurring revenue once the units are installed. It is still early days, but in the near term (6 to 12 months) we could see this stock move up to several dollars.
The stock has not traded for very long and volume picked up in November/December of last year after the reverse merger with Satelinx was completed. The stock ran up after the merger news and you can see that the stock has come all the way back down and is at the bottom of its trading range."
