Tom, What you have written looks good. I would beware of tax scams, which often come with the buying back of shares. See how much impact they have on eps. Also, check Medicare reimbursements for the firm, its importance and absolute rates. Since this is a "graying of America" story, it is important that they can make money at current and probably lower Medicare rates in the future.

I think you may have a good one here. Of course, I thought the same about Columbia and was just lucky I got out of it before it blew up. -g- MB
