Who cares about 20 years ago? I bought AMAT in '96 and have nice gains there but that is not relavent to LRCX.

LRCX has been a clear leader the last 4 years or so.

Are you going to buy MSFT to look for the next 10 bagger?

We made the big bucks by buying LRCX back when you and others thought it was not well managed.

We were right and the market has rewarded us for this.

LRCX still seems to have some valuation metrics in its favor so it could still outperform the "more popular stocks EVERYONE knows are leaders."

I couldn't care less what company was a "better company" or had a "more complete portfolio" or any other phrases you have used to deride this company while your 8 have languished.

What matters to me is making money and some of us have made quite a bit on this stock.

Why do you let it bother you so? It seems rather unproductive to nip at our heels just because you didn't have the foresight to put LRCX on your list.
