Notorious B.C. 'Bushman of the Shuswap' tells judge he's getting married

VERNON, B.C. (CP) - The so-called Bushman of the Shuswap picked Valentine's day to ask a judge for a love-struck favour.

John Bjornstrom said Monday he's getting married and wants to move in with his fiancee in Williams Lake, B.C. He asked a judge in Vernon to vary the terms of his house arrest sentence to allow the move.

This is the Canadian guy that the Indonesian police talked about when they arrested Tommy Suharto.

According to the above article he is now tow-truck driver in Williams Lake.
