I disagree. I think that the ability to "walk in their shoes" is a element that defines if people will end up conservative or liberal.

I'm not criticising either side (and I have some of both in myself), just making an observation.

I didn't think the "conservatives" on this thread would object so much; maybe I hit a nerve.
