SMaL Camera acquired by Cypress Semiconductor Boston Business Journal 4:18 PM EST Monday CMOS image sensor developer SMaL Camera Technologies Inc. of Cambridge is being acquired by Cypress Semiconductor Corp. <snip> SMaL posted sales of $10.5 million in fiscal 2004.
