Thanks for the info re: salmon.

Farm salmon is to be avoided, for sure. Local wild salmon are suspect as well. Alaska wild salmon is the best in terms of health. EPA is so much better than FDA.

Wild salmon is out of season, during the Winter season. Anyone that buys salmon will most likely notice you won't find "Wild Salmon" anymore but only "Salmon" (which means it's farm salmon.) There's still some wild salmon coming from Alaska during the off season, but not every store has it, not even organic stores. Albertson, Safeway and Costco don't sell it.

My other favorites are halibut and cod.
