Snow hurricane has threatened safety and reliability of work of electric networks. However owing to a deterioration electric lines work on a limit even at smaller impulses of a wind. Loading also has increased for support because of a tension of wires at rather low temperatures (up to-10°?). Besides threat of damage ??? from falling the trees growing along lines is at the moment kept. Natural cataclysms already became the reason of infringement of power supply. Yesterday at 19:52 because of an impulse of a wind there was a switching-off of a line 110 ?? in a southwest of capital that has led to to sharp increase of loading on the next networks. Submission of the electric power in 26 apartment houses has been suspended. Electrosupply of consumers has been restored within an hour. The situation is complicated a high degree of deterioration of the electronetwork equipment (up to 50-70 %), many electric networks work at a significant overload. During years(summer) repair work of Open Society " Mosenergo " has lead(has carried out) complex preparation for a ??????-winter season. However because of shortage of financial assets the power company has been compelled to limit volumes of reconstruction of networks. With a view of minimization of consequences of hurricane the personnel of electric systems of Open Society " Mosenergo " works in an amplified(a strengthened) mode. Operative and repair brigades make additional detours, regular surveys of especially dangerous sites are carried out(spent). " We have resources to cope with those crisis situations which arise in this winter season because of natural cataclysms, - the chief of service of high-voltage electric systems of Open Society " Mosenergo " Vladimir Kovyrkin has declared. - But the reason for anxiety nevertheless is. It is necessary to reconstruct networks, and the today's passenger-fare level simply does not allow to make it ". The strongest snow hurricane has fallen upon the Moscow region on Monday, on February, 14. In result in territory of area the snow cover has risen on 10-15 sm, in some areas of capital - up to 48 sm, speed of a wind reached(achieved) 21 km/s. At the moment in capital region snowfalls of smaller intensity proceed.
