Bush FAILED to listen to Colin Powell (the one cabinet member who knew what war was really like)....Powell tried to warn Bush about rushing into Iraq with a "pre-emptive strike"...He talked about the pottery barn theory...If you break it, you own it...Powell knew that winning the peace in Iraq would be very messy...Bush didn't even take a time out and re-evaluate things...Where's the intellectual curiousity...? WE ALL KNOW NOW THAT THERE NEVER WAS AN IMMINENT THREAT FROM IRAQ...I think Cheney and Rove were planning our invasion around election year politics -- it's sad, very sad.
