I printed it out and will prepare. I like eating healthy and although not a vegetarian watch my diet carefully. Weigh only 10 pounds over my high school weight... Go to the gym and walk two miles every other day and do leg and arm exercises then on alternate days Yoga at home.

Keeping young at 74..
