Your side of the eisle has yet to forward a counterproposal. Thus, the only proposal under discussion is President Bush's. It is the best proposal I hae heard from any politician to solve the problem. This is quite a good point. You have to hand it to Bush. He had the guts to not only touch, but to bear hug what virtually every other politician since the 1930's has considered the Third Rail of politics. I can't stand Bush. But I really admire the guy.
