Barnett is looking for "3rd way" solutions. He did the definitive job, IMO, of identifying the problem. Identifying the solution is tougher, because there are so many ways we can get there. Going outside the UN to the G-20, and using Chinese and Indian troops is a good way to go, IMO.

He is a "stir the pot" guy. We will now see if they use his second book to shoot him down. I warned him that they will try.
