Typically she was vague, as she must be but she gave me the info I needed. I can't believe she tried to call me 3 times before we connected. She really gives it her all. That is worth doubling my position right there! Here is the information I obtained. 1 - The release is scheduled for next Monday - Sept. 8th. She is waiting for all their staff to get back from vacation this week. Don't blast me if the release comes late. If you don't understand how these things are delayed, don't invest money in the stock market. 2 - The release will discuss margins/costs, etc. on their products thus giving us some indication of what could reach the bottom line. This will be interesting since (from my research) we haven't really gotten any indication of this data to this date. It is crucial to say the very least. 3 - Numerous international companies are "knocking down their door to do business with them." The quotes are used appropriately. Those were her words. What moron can't figure out what that means? 4 - She is continually "amazed" at the apparent market size for their product. The details (numbers) will be in the press release due next Monday, and "no one will be at all dissapointed." Again - a quote from her much like her word choice in the conference call. 5 - The CCSI board will likely meet the week of Sept. 15th to decide several matters, including the fate of the warrants due to expire in Nov. 97. Darby said she has "no intention of extending the warrants for a third time." Clearly, she wants to call the warrants. The conditions (above $10 for 30 days) has been met. Expect this announcement before the end of September IMHO. Here is my take on the whole thing. Markets value stocks based on projected earnings moreso than actual "past" earnings. You've got to be ahead of the game. This is the big issue for CCSI in the next 2 weeks. What is the market size and what kind of earnings can they generate? Darby seems to think the numbers are "amazing." Will the street? Since CCSI has never been a hype-job, the numbers may find many believers, especially if there is the name of a couple highly regarded partners thrown in the mix. I fear, however, any partners won't be announced for several more weeks. The volume has dried up. The big release is due next week (I'll be glad to see it by Friday, but do expect it some time next week.) Time to buy!!! Tim
