are you in any way defending or justifying a 33 year old seducing and having sex with a 12 year old? BTW, is it clearly established that she seduced him? The having sex with part obviously happened. But seduction implies a specific relationship which I don't know happened (nor do I know it didn't. I'm simply uninformed about how their interaction came about.) Do you know enough about the facts to be sure that's the correct way to put it?
