I know what you mean on columbia. You have a good point about the graying of america IN COMBINATION with lower rates. I will check that out. One last thing. At what point do you begin to worry about debt. It seems that buying up all of these other outfits racks it up quickly. I guess as long as cash flow can handle the payments, the rest is profit? Perhaps a comparison of debt ratios between RHBC and competitors? Anyway, thanks. J
